Kayprish's bootstrap script

Based on LARBS.

TODO's:

  • Split packages into selectable categories
  • Use pipewire: pipewire && wireplumber && pipewire-pulse should be run by the user on startup
  • Also all of the pacman commands could be smushed into one
  • Show what's actually going on
  • Include the GPLv3 in the source
  • Make a proper README
